Our famous Sunday Ride! Meet at 9am at the back door of our Cary Street location and head out east along the Capital Trail for a fast paced 40 mile road ride. Expect an average pace of 21mph with two distinct effort sections averaging well over 25mph. This is a full drop ride. Have fun and try to hang on!
We encourage everyone to ride with us! - Don't be discouraged. Even if you can't hang on your first time, you'll only get stronger. Keep pedaling!
